I've recently created the iPhone app developer's sketchbook . I love using it, but my background is in architecture (actual buildings) and not user interface development. This weekend, I discussed with one of my friends who is a software developer how useful the sketchbook would be to people developing and designing iPhone applications, and he said it would not be terribly useful. I tend to disagree.
This leads me to a crucial question in the development of this sketchbook: What would be valuable to include in a printed book that could be a useful tool to iPhone developers? Would people want cut and paste templates, would developer's want online resource lists? Would people even use a sketchbook, or is this too old-school? Comments desparately needed. In the meantime, buy a sketchbook and try it out. It's only $9.98!
